Senior Benefit Specialist

Jennifer Dillow joined Ekon Benefits in 1992 as an Administrative Assistant and was soon promoted to a Benefit Administrator. She has experience in all types of Defined Contribution Plans, including 401(k), Profit Sharing and Multiemployer Plans. Jennifer received her certification of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) in 2011 and her Employee Stock Ownership Plan Administrator (ESOP-A) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) certifications in 2013.  She is also a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Jennifer excels at plan design and compliance related issues. With over 20 years of industry experience, her technical expertise and ability to manage issues quickly and efficiently make her an asset to the Ekon Benefits’ team.
