Benefit Specialist

Develen joined Ekon Benefits in 2011 as a Benefit Administrator with six years of prior qualified plan administration experience and was quickly promoted to a Benefit Specialist.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the College of Charleston and is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries. 

Develen attained the certification of Qualified 401(k) Administrator in 2010 and Qualified Pension Administrator in 2012.  Develen has experience with all types of Defined Contribution Plans including 401(k), 457, Profit Sharing and Multiemployer Plans.
